金属风管采用钢板制作通风管道,法兰采用型钢加工制作,预制时要注意能不能用错材料,对变径附件(如风口等)连接处应留下一段,待安装时再根据实际尺寸进行下料制作安装。避免返工,法兰制作时应成对进行,避免以后安装时螺栓孔对不齐。
The metal air duct is made of steel plate and the flange is made of profiled steel. When prefabricating, attention should be paid to whether the wrong material can be used. A section should be left at the connection of the variable-diameter accessories (such as tuyeres) and the blanking should be made and installed according to the actual size. 1.2划线方法要严密,做到角直、线平、等分准确、经常检验结合尺寸,达到交圈严格、尺寸正确的目的。

1.3剪切、倒角要正确,尽量减少误差,操作时避免接缝、翻边处重叠。

1.4制作风管及部件时尽量采用咬口连接,因为咬口缝可以增加风管的强度。

1.5根据不同的板材厚度选择咬口的宽度和留量,咬口操作时,避免咬口不实,造成胀裂及半咬口现象。

1.6当风管边长过大,其管段在1.2米以上时应采取加固措施视具体情况采用角钢框加固、角钢加固大边,内壁设置加固肋条的办法加固。

1.7法兰选用角钢法兰组焊。切断时用型钢切割机加工,在钻床上钻孔后,放在焊接平台上焊接,以保证平直度。

1.8预制时将相邻风管进行编号,增加功效并减少施工过程中的返工。

1.9风管的规格,尺寸应符合设计要求,当外观质量达到折角平直、圆弧均匀,两端平行、无翘角,风管与法兰连接牢固翻边平整并紧贴法兰。风管加固牢靠、整齐,间距适宜,均匀对称。
1.9 The specifications and dimensions of air ducts shall meet the design requirements. 2在安装风管前,障碍物已清理,地面无杂物的条件下进行施工。

3检查现场结构预留孔洞的位置、尺寸是否符合图纸要求,有无遗漏现象,的孔洞应比风管实际尺寸每边大于100MM。

4作业地点要由相应的辅助设施,如梯子电源和防护装置消防器材等。
