　　With the improvement of the living standard of decoration, the hotels where people need to eat can be cheap and have a good environment. If the exhaust pipe of the kitchen is not handled well, it will affect people's dining room. Day by day, people gradually find that the installation of the ventilation pipe some years ago has certain damage, or it doesn't work, and Shandong ventilation cabinet can't smoke out. What should we do to fight for it?

　　(1)设置在排烟系统排烟口的上方，设置在有隔墙分隔的机房内，隔墙的耐火极限不得小于2.5h。机房门为防火门，防火极限不小于0.6h。

　　(1) It shall be set above the highest smoke outlet of the smoke exhaust system and in the machine room separated by partition wall, and the fire resistance limit of the partition wall shall not be less than 2.5h. The door of the machine room is fire door, and the fire limit is not less than 0.6h.

　　(2)为方便维护，风机机壳与墙壁或设备的距离不应小于60cm。

　　(3)排风扇与排气管的连接应合理。实践证明，排气扇与排气管道连接不当，经常导致风机性能显著下降。

　　(3) The connection between exhaust fan and exhaust pipe shall be reasonable. Practice has proved that the improper connection between exhaust fan and exhaust pipe often leads to a significant decline in fan performance.

　　(4)排气扇与排气口之间应有联动装置。当任何一个排气口被打开时，排风扇可以自动启动。一旦报警,一头牛火被证实,烟出口应打开手动或由消防控制室远程和排烟风机应立即投入使用,通风和空调系统在火灾区域应立即关闭。

　　(4) There shall be linkage between exhaust fan and exhaust port. When any exhaust port is opened, the exhaust fan can start automatically. Once the alarm is given, a cow fire is confirmed, the smoke outlet shall be opened manually or remotely by the fire control room and the smoke exhaust fan shall be put into use immediately, and the ventilation and air conditioning system shall be closed immediately in the fire area.

　　(5)排风扇应设置在混凝土或钢材基础上，但不得设置减振器，风扇吸水管上不得设置调节装置。

　　(3)管材特殊时，应先出料后切料，以控制管材用量。

　　(4)若采用不锈钢管，则应采用机械切割或等离子切割，其余可采用火焰切割。

　　(4) If stainless steel pipe is adopted, mechanical cutting or plasma cutting shall be adopted, and flame cutting can be adopted for the rest.

　　(5)切口端面倾斜偏差不超过2mm。

　　应按照规范要求，连接方式主要是焊接。如果是中低压管道坡口，则宜采用v型;对于高压管道，使用YV槽。坡口加工应平整，无任何缺陷。
