1、支撑原则

管道不应直接支撑在有阀门部件的设备上，应单独设置支架或吊架。管道的焊接位置应在施工方便或应力小的地方。焊缝不应位于支架上，距离不应小于200毫米

为了便于管网的管理和运行调整，管网系统不宜过大。当同一系统有多个支管时，这些支管应分级控制，同一系统的吸入点不应过多。需要注意每个支管的压力平衡。有三种常见的管网布局模式：主管、单管和环管。

3、铺设原则

管道敷设应采用明装暗装，一般采用明装。因为明装便于维护，当无法使用外露安装时，考虑采用隐蔽安装方式。

4、不同的含尘气体性质不同，分段处理的净化应不同。

When pollution sources are concentrated in one purification system for a long time, they can be divided into several systems. However, the mixing of pollutants can lead to combustion, explosion hazard and gases with different temperature and humidity. After mixing, condensation, dust or gases with different properties will appear in the pipeline, which will affect the recovery or purification efficiency.

5、通风管道处理系统连接原则

5. Connection principle of ventilation duct treatment system

以焊接为主要连接方式的管道，应设置足够数量的法兰连接，以螺纹为主要连接方式的管道，应设置足够数量的柔性接头，以适合安装、拆卸和检修。

For pipelines with welding as the main connection mode, sufficient flange connections shall be set; for pipelines with thread as the main connection mode, enough flexible joints shall be set to suit for installation, disassembly and maintenance.

6、布局要保证整个系统的泄漏量小，要保证吸尘口有足够的风量;减少阻力。

7、风管的布置应尽量减少其长度和不必要的转弯。空调箱应位于地下室内。
