薄钢板法兰通风管道内、外表层和内部绝热材料粘接牢固,是确保复合材料的基本条件之一。超出面积的板材缺陷,不只影响风管运用寿命,并且有时会下降其保温效果。所以缺陷不得大于6‰,以到达材料在体系中的正常运用。洁净空调体系的风管采用镀锌钢板加工。

吊架,加固框,连接件均采用镀锌件;法兰垫料应用有弹性、不产尘,有强度的软橡胶或者乳胶海绵;风管的外保温采用难燃橡塑板,以专用胶张贴,禁止在施工过程中运用玻璃棉等纤维制品。多个排烟分区合用排烟排风体系,这种状况的话,就是电动阀+排烟风口,平时常开排风,着火封闭非着火点排烟分区的设置在支管上的电动阀。

Multiple smoke exhaust zones share the smoke exhaust system. In this case, it is the electric valve + smoke exhaust outlet, which is normally open for exhaust and closed on fire. The electric valve is set on the branch pipe of smoke exhaust partition without ignition point.
