1、通风管道加工时为保证风管制作后的强度，在下料时粘合处有一边要保留20mm铝箔做护边；

2、风管在粘合前需预组合，检查拼接缝处是否严密，尺寸是否符合要求。根据季节温度、湿度及胶粘剂的性能确定粘合时间。粘接后，用角尺、钢卷尺检查、调整垂直度及对角线偏差应符合规定。
