The acceptance of the processing and manufacturing quality of ventilation ducts shall be carried out according to their materials, system category search and different places of use, mainly including the material, specification, strength, tightness and appearance quality of finished products of air ducts.

通风管道加工制作质量的验收，按设计图纸与本标准的规定执行。工程中所选用的外购风管，还必须提供相应的产品合格证明文件或进行强度和严密性的验证，符合要求的方可使用。系统风管允许漏风量：按风管系统类别所规定平均单位面积、单位时间内的大允许漏风量。

The acceptance of the processing and manufacturing quality of ventilation pipes shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the design drawings and this standard. The purchased air ducts selected in the project must also be provided with corresponding product qualification certificates or verified for strength and tightness. Only those meeting the requirements can be used. Allowable air leakage of system air duct: the large allowable air leakage per unit area and per unit time specified by the air duct system category.

（1）漏风率：空调设备、除尘器等，在工作压力下空气渗入或泄漏量与其额定风量的比值。

（3）漏光检测：用强光源对风管的咬口、接缝、法兰及其他连接处进行透光检查，确定孔洞、缝隙等渗漏部位及数量的方法。

（4）风管系统的工作压力：指系统风管总风管处设计的大的工作压力。

通风管道规格的验收，风管以外径或外边长为准，风道以内径或内边长为准。通风管道的规格搜索宜按照的规定。圆形风管应优先采用基本系列。非规则椭圆形风管参照矩形风管，并以长径平面边长及短径尺寸为准。

风管系统按其系统的工作压力划分为三个类别，其类别划分应符合表镀锌钢板及各类含有复合保护层的钢板，应采用咬口连接或铆接，不得采用影响其保护层防腐性能的焊接连接方法。

风管的密封，应以板材连接的密封为主，可采用密封胶嵌缝和其他方法密封。密封胶性能应符合使用环境的要求，密封面宜设在风管的正压侧。

The sealing of air duct shall be mainly based on the sealing of plate connection, which can be sealed by sealant caulking and other methods. The performance of the sealant shall meet the requirements of the use environment, and the sealing surface should be set at the positive pressure side of the air duct.
