商用厨房排烟管道的安装要注意什么?

一、厨房排烟管道的长度

厨房排烟管道水平段不宜过长一般远水平距离不应超过15m,坡度少应为2%。水平端有柔性接头,便于清理油脂。根据规范,排气速度少为10m/s,并且需要在与排气罩相连的支管中提供空气,以防止油因风速过低而粘附在烟囱上。

2、排烟管穿过建筑物横梁或避开其他设备管道时,排烟管的横截面低于整个排烟管的平面。使用一段时间后,油水混合物会在排气管下部积聚,直接影响排气的顺畅性。
