Civil air defense works are different from ordinary basements. The ordinary basement is built to stabilize the above ground buildings or achieve a certain purpose, and there is no requirement for protection grade. The air defense basement is specially designed according to the protection requirements of civil air defense projects.

所有设备必须在设备到货后核对其基础尺寸，经确认正确无误后方可安装，否则须请土建工种依设备修改基础并达到设计要求后再行安装，基础表面必须按设计标高找平抹光。

All equipment must be checked for its foundation size after arrival of the equipment, and can be installed only after it is confirmed to be correct. Otherwise, civil engineering workers must modify the foundation according to the equipment and meet the design requirements before installation. The foundation surface must be leveled and polished according to the design elevation.

风管穿过防火墙楼板处应使用不燃材料封堵。防火阀设单独吊支架，安装位置正确与设计相符，与气流方向与阀体标志的箭头一致。

风机安装：风机在安装前应检查叶轮与机壳间的间隙是否符合设备技术文件的要求，叶轮与机壳间有无碰壳现象，叶轮转动是否灵活，接通电源检查叶轮旋转方向，出风方向是否正确，支吊托架应设隔振装置，根据风机重量制作相应的支吊架，支吊托架安装牢固可靠，机体安装后应有锁紧装置。当风机固定在楼板上时，吊杆膨胀螺栓应穿通楼板面。

Fan installation: before the installation of the fan, check whether the clearance between the impeller and the casing meets the requirements of the technical documents of the equipment, whether the impeller and the casing collide with each other, whether the impeller rotates flexibly, connect the power supply to check whether the rotation direction of the impeller and the air outlet direction are correct, and the support and lifting brackets shall be equipped with vibration isolation devices. The corresponding support and lifting brackets shall be made according to the weight of the fan. The support and lifting brackets shall be installed firmly and reliably, and the body shall be equipped with locking devices after installation. When the fan is fixed on the floor, the boom expansion bolt should go through the floor.

风管上的调节阀防火阀按有关设计施工图的要求及规范的规定安装，气流方向应正确，安装前必须检验其灵活性和可靠性，安装时注意阀柄要操作方便，保温操作时切忌影响阀村和阀柄的运动。

The fire damper of the regulating valve on the air duct shall be installed according to the requirements of the relevant design and construction drawings and the provisions of the specifications. The air flow direction shall be correct. Before installation, its flexibility and reliability must be checked. During installation, attention shall be paid to the convenient operation of the valve handle. During insulation operation, the movement of the valve village and the valve handle must not be affected.

油网过滤器的安装，安装前应用60～70%的苏打水溶液清洗干净，风干后浸上20#机油，静淋3～5分钟后再装入除尘过滤箱或框架上。安装时将孔眼大的网层置于空气进入侧。过滤吸收器安装，平时严禁打开进出口的密封盖，以免受潮，只就位不连接，有关配件要放置有序。安装时注意滤烟层在前，滤毒层在后，发现金属表面生锈应及时除锈。在管道之间用法兰之间应垫4～5毫米的橡胶垫片（过滤器两端自带）。
