1、 Pipeline impact

1.中高层建筑的排烟管道。中层建筑的厨房都都是使用同一个排烟管道。所以厨房里的油渍会通过管道传到外面。靠近主管道的那些楼层，家里厨房排烟效果比较好。因为没有其他影响，而且对于那些远离主通道的厨房，排烟会更差。

2.低层建筑的排烟管道。在这种类型的厨房里，可以选择在两面墙之间设计一个排烟口，可以完全顺畅的排烟。

3.高层建筑的排烟管道。高层厨房排烟管要求较高，厨房排烟高度应设计在2.4米以上。厨房排烟设计出口，可以设计一个直径一般在170-200mm的圆孔，这样会保证厨房的油渍顺利干净的离开厨房。

二、送风和排风出口布置

三、排烟管道设计

厨房排烟管水平段不宜过长。水平距离一般不超过15m，坡度应大于2%。水平端应配有柔性接头，以便于油垢。根据规范，排气速度不应低于10m/s，以防止因风速低而导致油粘附在烟道上。连接到排气罩的支管应配备一个风量控制阀。
