1. The installation of air duct shall meet the design requirements

建筑结构预留孔洞位置应正确，孔洞应在风管外100毫米以上。建筑结构风管与风管的连接接口应沿气流方向插入，并采取密封措施。风管与风机、风机外壳、空气处理器等设备连接的地方，应设置长度应为150 ~ 300 mm的柔性短管或按设计规定设置。柔性短管不应用作调准和调平减压连接管。位于结构变形缝处的柔性短管长度应大于变形缝宽度100毫米以上，输送冷凝水或水汽的风管安装坡度应符合设计要求。风管底部不应设置纵向接头，风管接头应密封。

The position of the reserved holes in the building structure shall be correct, and the holes shall be more than 100mm outside the air duct. The connection interface between the building structure air duct and the air duct shall be inserted along the air flow direction, and sealing measures shall be taken. The flexible short pipe with a length of 150~300 mm shall be set at the place where the air duct connects with the fan, fan housing, air processor and other equipment, or set according to the design regulations. Flexible stub pipes shall not be used as alignment and leveling pressure reducing connecting pipes. The length of the flexible short pipe at the structural deformation joint shall be more than 100mm wider than the width of the deformation joint, and the installation slope of the air duct conveying condensate or water vapor shall meet the design requirements. Longitudinal joints shall not be set at the bottom of the air duct, and the air duct joints shall be sealed.

2、管道法兰的连接

对于衬垫材料，不得使用厚纸、纸板、石棉绳、铅麻和油毡纸。垫圈材料应尽量减少接头。垫片材料的接头应采用梯形或榫头连接，并应粘接牢固。法兰被均匀压缩后，垫片材料的宽度应与风道内壁齐平。风管与洁净室天花板、隔墙和其他围护结构之间的接缝应紧密。

For gasket materials, thick paper, cardboard, asbestos rope, lead hemp and linoleum paper shall not be used. Gasket material shall minimize joints. The joints of gasket materials shall be connected by trapezoid or tenon, and shall be firmly bonded. After the flange is uniformly compressed, the width of the gasket material shall be flush with the inner wall of the air duct. Joints between air ducts and clean room ceilings, partitions and other enclosures should be tight.

3、风管系统应有良好的接地措施

穿过辅助生产室要严密，不得设置接口。输送空气温度高于80℃时，风管应按设计规定采取保护措施。风管测量孔应设置在便于测量和观察的位置；天花板风管上的测量孔应留出相应位置的活动天花板或检查门。当隔热风管采用金属法兰和金属加强件时，外露部分应采取措施防止冷桥冷凝。

The air duct measuring hole shall be set at the position convenient for measurement and observation; The measuring hole on the ceiling duct shall be reserved with a movable ceiling or inspection door at the corresponding position. When metal flanges and metal reinforcements are used for heat insulation air duct, measures shall be taken for exposed parts to prevent cold bridge condensation.

4、风管系统应检查是否漏气

这是安装空调的环节，但也是一个重要的环节，所以业主在接受空调时一定不能忽视这一环节，在风管安装完成后，应仔细检查，防止漏风。

5、风管维护常识

5. Common sense of air duct maintenance

风管安装后，暂时未安装的风管开口、过滤器开口等开口部位应及时用塑料布妥善包裹，防止现场灰尘进入清洁后的风管，造成风管二次污染。
